Rental Periods and Prices:
April-September
- Tuesday-Friday (9am-4pm): Full Day = £65 per bike per day
- Weekend - Saturday 9am - Monday 9am = £150 per bike per weekend
October-March
- Tuesday-Friday (9am-3pm): Full Day = £55 per bike
- Weekend - Saturday 9am - Monday 9am = £140 per bike
Important Information:
- All under 18's must be accompanied by a riding adult at all times
- If taking for a weekend the bike will need to be stored in a locked indoor location while not being ridden.
- Electric bikes can only be ridden by those aged 14 years and over - UK law and our insurance dictates this.
- ALL bikes must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to prepare them.
- Photo ID and proof of address is required in ALL cases, no hire can take place without it. We will keep hold of your ID during the hire - This must either be a Passport or Driving Licence
- A helmet MUST be worn at ALL times whilst on our bikes - you must supply your own.
- The terrain around Sheffield can be rough and normal mechanical breakages can occur while riding. Be prepared to be self sufficient during your ride (puncture repair supplies etc). If the bike does get damaged any repairs must be completed by our mechanics in store (don't take to another repair shop and expect to be reimbursed).
- If the bike gets crash damaged while on hire, the price to fix the bike will come out of your damage deposit. We will produce a report of the damage on return and notify you of any charges. We will not charge any labour to resolve issues, only part replacements if required at RRP.
- A security and damage deposit totalling £500 will be taken against the hire of any bike - this must be on a Credit Card (Not Debit or Other). This is returned once the bike has been safely returned. It can take up to 7-10 days for the banks to transfer the funds. This is a process we have no control over so prepare to potentially not have the money for this time.
