PLACING AN ORDER
Same day despatch
From the moment you place an order at Bike Rehab you will be kept fully informed of its status via email, from receipt to despatch. We also use live stock updates, so a quick check will let you know if we have something in stock, allowing you to order in confidence. All in stock orders placed before 12pm UK time Mon-Fri ship the same day.
Available to order items
We aim to offer same working day despatch for every item listed at Bike Rehab, but in order to offer a larger range and greater convenience, we still include a proportion of products that when selected, will tell you that they are available to order, and provide a despatch date estimate. Available to order items are not stocked directly at Bike Rehab, but are pulled in from a supplier as required, which will delay despatch whilst we wait for them to arrive with us.
Order History, Updates and 'My Account'
Please log in to your account to check your account information, change your address details and check your order history.
If you need to return an item for any reason, please use the 'My Orders' tab to find the invoice that contains the product you wish to return. Click the 'Return Item(s)' link, fill in the details to start your return process. See the Returns page for further info.
Standard & Express Options
We charge £3 for a standard 1-3 day Royal Mail service, but you get that for free if you spend over £60.
If you need an item a little quicker, we also offer a 24-48 hour service powered by courier (when ordered before 12pm) for more pressing orders priced at £5.50. This service is mandatory for bulkier (e.g. wheels, non folding tyres and mudguards) or heavier items (over 2kg). If your order will require courier delivery you will only have the ability to select 'click and collect' or 'express delivery & large items' at the checkout. You get this for free when you spend more than £140.
